How we handle what you tell us.

Meridian Siam works with private families, and discretion is the whole of our business. We collect little, share nothing, and keep what you give us only as long as it serves your travel.

What we collect

Only what is needed to arrange your travel and to reach you: your name, contact details, the members of your party, and the preferences, dates and requirements relevant to a journey. Where a trip requires it, that can include passport details and dietary or medical needs — held for that purpose alone.

How we use it

To plan, book and care for your journey, and to correspond with you about it. We do not sell your information, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we share details with the hotels, airlines and in-country partners on your trip only to the extent needed to deliver it.

How it is kept

Your information is stored securely and access is limited to the person handling your travel. We keep it only as long as it serves an active or reasonably anticipated journey, or as the law requires, and then we remove it.

Your rights

You may ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it erased. We operate under Australia's Privacy Act 1988 (Australian Privacy Principles) and, for our Thai clients, Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). To make a request, write to us and we will act on it promptly.
